Allele Biotechnology & Pharmaceuticals is a science-driven establishment focused on developing mRNA and stem cell-based technologies and products. Allele holds a patent-portfolio for mRNA-based iPSC reprogramming, differentiation, and gene-editing. As the first commercial provider of GMP-grade iPSCs that maintain the full chain of custody from tissue acquisition to qualification we focus on providing best-in-class, footprint-free, and robust iPSC lines to therapeutic developers. Our technologies and therapeutic assets, and/or off-the-shelf/custom iPSC lines have been partnered/licensed by industry pioneers such as Astellas and KPharma. On the service side, our FDA-registered, purpose-built, cGMP facility offers end-to-end services supporting cell & gene industry, with multiple entry points for partnering from early-stage research, custom analytical services, process-development and technology transfer through commercial manufacture of drugs. We employ creativity and niche-experience to develop win-win business models with our partners to best utilize our combined assets in therapeutic programs, GMP-cells and facility, and mRNA-based platform technologies.
