Avobis Bio is clinical-stage biotech company developing implantable cell therapies to heal debilitating conditions. We were launched out of the Mayo Clinic in 2019 and our lead asset is in a Phase 2 clinical trial for treatment of Crohn’s perianal fistulas. Our technology overcomes impaired healing using the synergistic combination of living cells and bioabsorbable materials. Following the Phase 2 clinical trial results available in summer 2025, we are planning an investment round to enable the Phase 3 pivotal trial.
