The foundation, CHCF was formed in 2020 to promote research and product development to develop FDA cleared diagnostic tests that enables early detection of the diseases of brain with behavioral and psychological manifestations using unbiased state of the art genetic and epigenetic technologies and tools. In parallel our secondary goal is to promote translational and applied research by conducting well powered, prospective, longitudinal observational trials to identify root causes of serious mental health conditions by detecting blood based biomarkers that are either associative or causative at both molecular and biological levels using advanced measurement technologies. Identification of associative or causative biomarkers should pave the way toward the development of targeted gene therapies for the diseases of brain that involve life threatening mental health manifestations.
