Organoids by Southwest (OXSW) is a U.S.-based regenerative medicine company advancing the commercialization of the Adult Tissue derived Organoid Regenerative Medicine (ATORM) platform, a first-in-class intestinal organoid therapy originally developed by Organoid Sciences. Unlike conventional treatments that suppress inflammation, ATORM is designed to regenerate damaged intestinal tissue and restore epithelial barrier function through transplantation of adult stem cell-derived intestinal organoids. The platform has achieved several industry-leading milestones, including first-in-human clinical experience, 80+ clinical-scale GMP manufacturing runs, and one of the world’s most advanced regulatory pathways for organoid-based therapeutics. The lead program targets refractory intestinal ulcers associated with severe gastrointestinal disorders where current treatment options remain limited. Through OXSW, the technology is positioned for U.S. clinical development and commercialization while expanding into additional regenerative medicine opportunities involving epithelial repair and tissue restoration. OXSW seeks strategic partners, investors, and collaborators to accelerate global adoption of organoid-based regenerative therapies.
