2025 Accommodations Information

Accommodations at the Arizona Biltmore, W Scottsdale and Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort are currently only available for sponsors of the meeting. On June 16th, accommodations will be available for all attendees. A private link to book accommodations will be distributed to confirmed sponsoring organizations. Booking Details

Discounted rooms are available for event sponsors over the conference dates at the Arizona Biltmore for $419/night plus tax. All reservations require a deposit of three (3) night’s room and tax which must include the nights of October the 5th, 6th and 7th. Credit cards will not be charged at the time a reservation is made, however, you can expect the deposit to be charged anytime after September 12, 2025. Any individual may cancel his or her room reservation up to eight (8) days prior to arrival by 12:00 noon and receive a full refund of the guest room deposit. Please note that taxes and fees applied to room rates are subject to change without notice.

2025 Overflow Hotels

W Scottsdale

Discounted rooms are available over the conference dates at the W Scottsdale for $349/night plus tax.

Booking Deadline: All reservations must be made by September 12, 2025 in order to receive the discounted rate. Note this hotel is likely to sell-out prior to that date, however.

Cancellation Policy: To avoid a penalty of one (1) night’s room and tax, reservations must be cancelled at least three (3) days prior to scheduled arrival date.

Discounted rooms are available over the conference dates at the Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort for $379/night plus a $35 daily resort fee and tax.

If you are contacted by a housing service claiming to be affiliated with the meeting, please do not book through them as many are scams and target conference attendees who unwittingly provide them with payment information. Please make sure you book your accommodations directly through this website or by contacting the reservations team at mesahousing@atwm.ca to guarantee that your rooms will be there when you arrive and at the lowest discounted rate available.
