The Arizona Biltmore and W Scottsdale are now sold out, but there is still availability at the beautiful Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort. A convenient shuttle will be provided between the Grand Hyatt and the meeting venue, making it easy to get to and from conference sessions, partnering meetings, networking events, and receptions.

 

We encourage attendees to reserve their rooms at the Grand Hyatt soon, as availability is limited and we expect the hotel to sell out.

If you’d like to join the waitlist for a standard room, please email AZB.cellgene@ArizonaBiltmore.com and submit the following information: name of occupant, email address, company, arrival & departure date. Please note there is a three-night minimum stay which must include the nights of October 4, 5 & 6.

Important Details

All reservations require a deposit of three (3) night’s room and tax which must include the nights of October the 4th, 5th and 6th. Credit cards will not be charged at the time a reservation is made, however, you can expect the deposit to be charged anytime after September 10, 2026. Any individual may cancel his or her room reservation up to eight (8) days prior to arrival by 12:00 noon and receive a full refund of the guest room deposit. Please note that taxes and fees applied to room rates are subject to change without notice. If you need to change or cancel an existing reservation, please click here.

Attendees staying at any of the overflow properties will have access to complimentary shuttle service to and from the event venue.

If you are contacted by a housing service claiming to be affiliated with the meeting, please do not book through them as many are scams and target conference attendees who unwittingly provide them with payment information.
