Partnering Information

EBD Group will guide you through the partnering process with a series of email updates and reminders, once you are registered for the meeting. Once registered, please allow up to 24 hours to receive a notification about partnering with more details on how to create your profile. To assist you with the process, please see the instructions below or view video tutorials here that will walk you step-by-step through the process.

Hybrid Partnering

In-Person Partnering: October 5-7

In-person registrants will schedule and attend 1×1 partnering meetings to take place at the conference in Phoenix, October 5-7.

Virtual Partnering

Virtual attendees will have a login to the partnering platform to view the full attendee list, send and receive meeting requests, and watch event content on-demand. However, any confirmed meetings must be scheduled independently outside of the partnering system.

Important Dates:

Aug 25, 2026: Start requesting meetings
Aug 25, 2026: Meeting locations published
Oct 5-7, 2026: In-Person partnering

Partnering Instructions

Register for the Meeting: In order to be receive your log-in information for the partnering system, first you must register to attend the conference. Within 24 hours of registering, you will receive a notification with details on how to login and create your profile.
Profile: Start by completing your partnering profile. This is a brief summary of your background, your company and products.
Set your Agenda: Indicate when you are available to attend one-to-one meetings.
Search and Request: Search through other attendees’ profiles and send messages to request meetings.
Respond: Log-in regularly to respond to incoming requests, and to monitor responses to your requests.
Scheduling: All agreed meetings will be scheduled instantly based on the mutual availability of all participants.
Meet: Meeting locations will be automatically assigned before the event. In-person meetings will be assigned a physical location at the Arizona Biltmore Resort.
