Registration is underway for the 2024 Cell & Gene Meeting on the Mesa! You can choose to travel to the Arizona Biltmore in Phoenix, AZ and take part in the in-person experience or alternatively, you can opt-in to join the event virtually. Both formats will provide our audience with the same robust programming and networking opportunities that you have come to expect from the sector’s premier annual conference.
In-person registration includes the ability to attend all live programming, 1×1 partnering, and networking opportunities taking place in Phoenix, October 7-9. In-person registrants will also have access to the meeting’s virtual platform, should they wish to view any content on-demand they may have missed onsite. They will also have the ability to schedule virtual 1×1 partnering meetings with attendees the days after the live event, October 10-11.

Virtual registrants will have access to all content via livestream during the program dates, October 7-9. Each session will then be made available on-demand within 24 hours of the live program time. Virtual 1×1 partnering meetings will take place the days after the live program, October 10-11. Virtual registrants will have the ability to schedule those partnering meetings with all attendees – including those who register as in-person or virtual.

Attendees can receive a refund of 95% of their registration price up to June 28, 2024.

After September 6, 2024 no refunds are available.

ARM Member Rate
To qualify for the Alliance for Regenerative Medicine (ARM) Member rate, registrants must be employed by a company that is an ARM member in good standing during the conference dates. If an individual registers at the ARM member rate and their company is no longer a member prior to or during the conference, the individual will be required to update their registration to the non-member rate in order to attend. For any questions regarding membership, please email member@alliancerm.org.
Capacity Restrictions
To preserve the balance among participants at this year’s Meeting on the Mesa, please note the conference’s capacity restrictions. Service providers (including but not limited to CDMOs, CROs, consulting firms and tool providers) are restricted to a maximum of six attendees per company. For sponsoring organizations, the allowance extends to ten attendees per company.
Switching Attendance Format
Switching formats from virtual to in-person or vice versa will be allowed up until September 6, 2024. The attendee will be either charged or refunded the difference between the two formats. After September 6, 2024, switching formats will no longer be allowed, however, an attendee can always substitute another colleague to attend in their place by providing written notice to sbryant@alliancerm.org.
