Clarion Cells, Inc.  is a private, clinical-stage, Stanford University spin-out company focused on a proprietary allogeneic, off-the-shelf, neural stem cell platform and lead product candidate, CC-101 (NR1), addressing the vast unmet needs of adults with motor disability related to chronic ischemic stroke. Building upon the encouraging and durable safety and efficacy results from the Phase 1/2a NR1-02 Study (NCT04631406), Clarion is poised to commence the multi-center Phase 2b NR1-03 Study (also known as suNR1se II; NCT07709845) in the United States (US) by the end of 2026. With about 500K new eligible cases in the US each year and an existing addressable US patient population in the millions, the near-term commercial opportunity for this neuro-regenerative and restorative cell therapy is unprecedented.
