InterAct Therapeutics, Inc. is a preclinical gene therapy company pioneering novel treatments for metastatic cancer, beginning with breast cancer liver metastasis (BCLM), a disease affecting an estimated 30,000 to 60,000 patients in the US with a five-year survival rate of less than 10% and no approved targeted therapies. Our lead program is an AAV8-mediated, liver-directed gene therapy that restores hepatocyte fitness to counteract the cell competition mechanism by which metastatic breast cancer cells colonize the liver. The science originates from foundational research at UT Southwestern Medical Center. Powering our broader pipeline is the InterAct Print™ platform, a modality-agnostic computational discovery engine that identifies genes enabling metastatic cells to outcompete healthy host tissue. The platform supports therapeutic development across AAV gene therapy, siRNA, and LNP-mRNA modalities, positioning InterAct to expand across multiple metastatic cancer indications.
