NTrans Technologies is a private biotech company addressing one of the central barriers in cell and gene therapy: scalable, cost-effective manufacturing. Current processes remain complex and expensive, limiting how many patients these therapies can reach. NTrans addresses this with NTraCell, a GMP-ready platform that delivers the CRISPR editing complex into cells through a simple formulation, using proprietary cell-penetrating peptides instead of equipment-heavy electroporation. Core IP was filed in 2025. This simplicity is designed for direct integration with existing bioreactor and manufacturing equipment, enabling automation at scale. The platform preserves high cell viability and achieves strong gene-editing efficiency, unlocking economically viable production. Our initial focus is on off-the-shelf (allogeneic) CAR-T therapies in immuno-oncology, with lead applications now advancing toward Phase I/II clinical studies.
